1. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time. For weekly subscriptions, cancellations must be made 24 hours before the start of the next cycle. For monthly subscriptions, you can cancel at any point, and the remaining balance will be credited back to your Calirify wallet.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are eligible in the following cases:

  • Missing delivery where the rider could not be reached.
  • Incorrect meal delivered (e.g., non-veg instead of veg).
  • Quality concerns reported within 2 hours of delivery.

3. Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact our support team via email or through the app dashboard. Once approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

4. Pausing Subscription

We encourage users to "Pause" their subscription instead of cancelling. Pausing allows you to skip meals for a specific duration, and those skipped meals are added back to your subscription period automatically. No refunds are issued for paused days.
